• You may not redistribute or resell the App

5. SMS Permissions

If you grant SMS permissions:

• The App will read SMS messages to detect financial transactions
• SMS data is processed locally and never transmitted
• You can revoke this permission anytime
• The App only reads transaction-related messages

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not responsible for data loss or corruption
• The App is for informational purposes only
• We do not provide financial advice

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for financial decisions made using the App
• We are not liable for data loss or device damage
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App (if any)

8. Financial Accuracy

• You are responsible for verifying all financial data
• SMS auto-import may not be 100% accurate
• Always cross-check with your bank statements
• We are not responsible for financial errors or miscalculations

9. Third-Party Services

• The App does not integrate with banking services
• We are not affiliated with any banks or financial institutions
• SMS reading is a device-level permission, not a bank integration

10. Intellectual Property

• All App content, design, and code are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App
• App name, logo, and branding are protected

11. Updates and Changes

• We may update the App without notice
• Updates may change features or functionality
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
